Prescription & Dispensing Policy

1. Requirement of a Valid Prescription
In strict accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, scheduled prescription drugs (Schedule H, Schedule H1, and Schedule X) will strictly NOT be dispensed without a valid, legible prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner (RMP).
2. Mandatory Prescription Parameters
- Doctor's full name, medical qualification, and State / National Medical Council registration number.
- Patient's full name and approximate age/gender.
- Date of prescription (must be current and within permissible validity limits).
- Exact drug name, dosage form (tablet, syrup, ointment, etc.), strength, and course duration.
- Doctor's physical or verifiable digital signature/stamp.
3. Pharmacist Verification Workflow
When a customer transmits a prescription image via WhatsApp (+91 95349 00999), our registered pharmacist at the licensed Patna fulfillment hub conducts a comprehensive review for dosage safety, drug-drug contraindications, and course validity before dispensing.
4. Schedule X & Narcotic Substances
KLEVE LIFE CARE does not sell or dispatch habit-forming Schedule X narcotics, psychiatric tranquilizers, or banned recreational substances through digital delivery channels.
5. Pharmacist Substitution Policy
No therapeutic drug substitution will be performed without the explicit prior consent of the customer and, wherever required, confirmation from the prescribing doctor.
