Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel any medicine order free of charge at any point prior to rider pickup simply by replying on WhatsApp (+91 95349 00999).

2. Returns of Medicines

Under Good Pharmacy Practice rules, opened medicine bottles, temperature-sensitive refrigerated drugs (e.g. insulin), or tampered blister strips cannot be returned once delivered for consumer safety.

However, if a medicine is damaged in transit, expired, or incorrect compared to your pharmacist-verified order, we offer 100% free immediate replacement or full refund upon doorstep inspection.

3. Refund Processing

Digital refunds (UPI, Netbanking) are processed within 24 to 48 banking hours. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via direct UPI transfer.
